Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the patient recall system
Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately
Collect and post patient payments; manage billing inquiries
Coordinate with clinical team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Contribute to a positive, productive office environment every day

Requirements

1+ year of dental front office experience required
Familiarity with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar)
Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Schedule

Monday through Friday — enjoy a consistent, full-time weekday schedule with no weekends!
