What You'll Do

Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk efficiently
Verify insurance benefits and process patient billing
Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks
Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture

What We're Looking For

3+ years of dental front office or dental receptionist experience
Strong knowledge of dental scheduling software and insurance verification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for patient care
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
A team player who supports practice growth and shared goals

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $16 - $22 per hour, based on experience
