About the Role

What You'll Do

Support daily dental office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience
Assist in educating and encouraging patients on treatment options that improve their oral hygiene
Collaborate with the dental team to meet and exceed monthly production goals
Contribute to a patient-centered, upbeat workplace culture
Maintain a welcoming and organized environment for patients and staff alike

Schedule

Monday through Thursday, plus Saturday
Consistent, predictable hours to support work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay range: $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience
Performance bonuses for encouraging patient treatment that improves oral hygiene outcomes
Monthly production bonuses tied to team success

What We're Looking For

1+ year of experience in a dental or healthcare setting
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care
