Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our growth-oriented practice. In this friendly, positive, and team-oriented environment, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in/out patients with a warm, professional approach
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations via phone and email
Handle multi-line phone system, directing calls and answering inquiries
Maintain and update patient records and insurance information
Process payments, claims, and billing transactions accurately
Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow
Support administrative tasks and uphold office protocols

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of dental receptionist experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with dental practice management software
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
