Earning potential is uncapped with total compensation from $60 per hour to $80+ per hour (inclusive of base pay, hygienist bonus, team bonus, paid time off, paid vacation and other benefits and perks)

Requirements

Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license – Nevada
Strong focus on patient education & preventive care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented mindset with a growth mentality
RDH/CPR-BLS
1 year minimum

Responsibilities

As a Registered Dental Hygienist with our team, your daily workflow will include:

Deliver exceptional clinical care, including adult/child prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), and periodontal maintenance
Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as permitted by Nevada state licensure
Maintain accurate patient records and perform regular periodontal charting using digital technology
Collaborate with dentists on co-diagnosis, patient education, and comprehensive treatment planning
Manage a comfortable daily schedule of approximately 8-10 patients per day to ensure high-quality, unhurried patient care

Our clinical team features dedicated dental assistants, dentists, and administrative support, ensuring a highly collaborative environment and excellent work-life balance. This is a Tuesday - Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and Friday (7:00 AM - 2:00 PM) position dedicated to providing top-tier patient care using advanced technology in a supportive, welcoming atmosphere.
