About the Role

We are a growing dental practice seeking an experienced and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position ideal for a dental professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional manner
• Present and clearly explain treatment plans to patients
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently
• Manage insurance verifications, authorizations, and benefit breakdowns
• Discuss financial arrangements and payment options with patients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to encourage treatment acceptance
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up communications

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of dental front office or treatment coordination experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confident and compassionate when discussing treatment and financial options
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy dental environment
• A positive, team-first attitude

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $16 - $26 per hour, based on experience
