What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm and professional experience
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient follow-ups
• Handle patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Verify insurance benefits and process billing and claims
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage front desk communications
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of dental front office or dental receptionist experience
• Strong knowledge of dental scheduling software and insurance verification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team-first attitude with a desire to grow professionally
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment -Dentrix Software

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $23 - $25 per hour, based on experience
