Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Scheduling and confirming appointments efficiently
- Managing patient records and insurance information accurately
- Handling phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
- Processing payments and coordinating with the clinical team
- Contributing to a smooth, positive front office experience for every patient
- Utilizing Dentrix daily for scheduling, patient records, and billing

Requirements
- 1+ year of dental front office experience preferred (medical front office experience considered)
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and CDT coding
- Proficiency with dental practice management software and scheduling systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
- Ability to multitask and manage front-desk workflows in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, collaborative, and team-first attitude

Schedule
This is a Tuesday through Friday position, giving you a consistent and predictable weekly schedule.
