Our hygienists work from a single-column schedule, allowing you to focus on one patient at a time rather than managing multiple patients simultaneously. Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive starting pay of $65 plus per hour, based on experience
• Monthly bonus opportunity in addition to your hourly compensation

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and periodontal care with a focus on patient comfort, education, and clinical quality
• Take the time to understand each patient’s needs and concerns
• Help patients understand their oral health and feel confident in their treatment
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to provide coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
• Contribute to a respectful, positive, and patient-focused practice environment
• Utilize Dentrix, Overjet AI for accurate, cloud-based charting and clinical records
• Perform thorough preventive and periodontal therapies, including scaling and root planing (SRP) and prophylaxis
• Help create a welcoming, professional, and patient-focused environment

Requirements

• Current Maryland Dental Hygienist license
• Strong clinical and patient-education skills
