About the role
Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated dental professional to join our patient-centered team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a new graduate ready to launch their dental career in a supportive, collaborative environment that values work-life balance and teamwork.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $23 - $26 per hour

Schedule
- Monday through Thursday, with occasional Fridays reserved for major treatment by appointment.
Responsibilities
You'll play a collaborative role in delivering exceptional patient care alongside our dental team. Core responsibilities include:
- Chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
- Taking digital and traditional impressions
- Assisting with composite and amalgam procedures
- Fabricating temporary crowns
- Taking and processing dental X-rays
- Performing sterilization duties to maintain a safe and compliant clinical environment
Requirements
We welcome new graduates who are eager to grow and learn. The following certifications are required or preferred:
- DANB X-ray Certification
- CPR/BLS Certification
- RDA (if applicable by state)
- Coronal Polish Certification
- Working Professional Spanish
