Alan R. Stein, DDS — a Clove Dental practice in Northridge — is looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. You'll work in a well-established, patient-focused office in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, backed by the clinical support, technology, and growth opportunities of the Clove Dental network.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:30 to 5:30
• Tuesday: 8:30 to 5:30
• Wednesday: 9:00 to 6:00
• Thursday: 8:30 to 5:30
• Additional hours may be available across the Clove Dental network for candidates interested in a fuller schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay: Starting at $65/hour, with the potential for a higher rate depending on experience and schedule flexibility
• Monthly Performance Bonuses: Opportunity to earn additional compensation each month
• Procedure Bonuses:
  • Arestin: $10/site
  • Whitening: $50/treatment
  • Irrigation: $5/quadrant
  • Laser: $30/quadrant
• Continuing Education: 50% reimbursement for approved clinical CE courses through our Hygiene Track program

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Take and review low-dose digital X-rays
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment

Requirements

• Active California Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Dependable and professional
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment
• Local to or able to reliably commute to the Northridge office
