About the role
Overview
Revolution Dental Group is seeking a skilled, patient-centered Registered Dental Hygienist to join a collaborative clinical team where thoughtful care, sound judgment, and strong patient relationships are genuinely valued.
Revolution Dental Group is part of Revolution Dental Implant Center—an independently owned practice recognized across the Pacific Northwest for advanced implant care, thoughtful case planning, and an exceptional patient experience. The two practices work in close partnership: Revolution Dental Group provides relationship-based general and continuing care, while Revolution Dental Implant Center supports patients with more advanced implant, restorative, and surgical needs.
This position is firmly centered on general-practice hygiene: preventive and continuing care, patient education, and long-term patient relationships. You may occasionally care for patients with implants or more complex restorative histories, but implant maintenance is part of the patient mix—not the focus of the role.
About the Company
At Revolution, hygienists are valued clinical partners. We value hygienists who bring a strong clinical eye to each appointment—recognizing meaningful findings or changes, communicating them clearly with the doctor, and helping ensure patients receive timely, well-coordinated care. You will work alongside doctors and a collaborative clinical team that respects clear communication, sound judgment, and consistently excellent patient care. We are looking for someone who takes pride in thoughtful care and wants to grow with a practice that is investing in its people and its future.

- Strong general-practice hygiene foundation; two or more years of clinical experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to patient care
- Sound clinical judgment, reliability, and an interest in being part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with implant maintenance is helpful, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Employer-paid medical insurance
- 80 hours of paid time off and 40 hours of paid sick leave
