Open Wide Dental is seeking a passionate and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Perform professional dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct thorough oral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver preventative treatments and patient education to support long-term oral health
• Take and interpret dental radiographs
• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide a seamless, high-quality patient experience
• Benefit from dedicated, patient-focused pacing: 60 for adult prophys and 90 for SRP

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• New graduates are warmly encouraged to apply
• Strong patient communication skills and a genuine passion for patient-centered care
• Comfort working with modern dental technology and cloud-based practice management software
• Experience with Carestream technology is a plus
• Laser Certification, Local Anesthesia certification, and Nitrous Oxide Monitoring preferred (not required)
• Collaborative, inclusive mindset and a team-first attitude

Schedule

Monday through Thursday — enjoy a consistent four-day work week that supports a healthy work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $50 – $55 per hour, based on experience
