Open Wide Dental is seeking a passionate and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Perform professional dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Conduct thorough oral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver preventative treatments and patient education to support long-term oral health
- Take and interpret dental radiographs
- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide a seamless, high-quality patient experience
- Benefit from dedicated, patient-focused pacing: 60 for adult prophys and 90 for SRP
Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing
- New graduates are warmly encouraged to apply
- Strong patient communication skills and a genuine passion for patient-centered care
- Comfort working with modern dental technology and cloud-based practice management software
- Experience with Carestream technology is a plus
- Laser Certification, Local Anesthesia certification, and Nitrous Oxide Monitoring preferred (not required)

Schedule
Monday through Thursday — enjoy a consistent four-day work week that supports a healthy work-life balance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $50 – $55 per hour, based on experience
