Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $50 – $65+ per hour, based on experience. Upper range for candidates with large skillset and abilities (ie. double column, multi-lingual, laser proficient, preheating patients, helping patients move forward with treatment, able to administer nitrous, etc).

Schedule

Full or part time available

• Days: Monday – Thursday
• Enjoy a consistent four-day work week with Fridays off!
• Some Saturday shifts available.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our clinical team, you will:

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments
• Deliver preventative treatments tailored to each patient
• Take and interpret radiographs with precision
• Develop and contribute to individualized treatment planning
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and long-term care
• Build lasting relationships with patients through compassionate, high-quality care
• We use Open Dental and Dexis software.
• We see ~95% adult patients.
• Responsible for accurate and complete patient records.
• Responsible to call patients when schedule allows for phone calls.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical hygiene experience

Certifications (Required or Preferred)

• Laser Certification
• Local Anesthesia Certification

• Discuss pending treatment with patients to encourage them along the path of healthy dentition and gingiva

Mandatory Licensure & Certifications:
