Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $21 - $26 per hour (based on experience)
- 401(k) / IRA Retirement Plan

Schedule
- Monday through Thursday (4-day work week!)
Core Responsibilities
- Assist with banding and bracketing procedures
- Place separators
- Take orthodontic records
- Polish teeth and prepare for bonding
- Change archwires
- Provide thorough patient education
- Perform sterilization duties in compliance with infection control standards
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of orthodontic assisting experience required
- Orthodontic Assistant Certification (required or preferred)
- X-ray Certification (required or preferred)
- Energetic, positive attitude with a passion for patient care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to community involvement and a patient-first philosophy
