Our hygienists work from a single-column schedule, allowing you to focus on one patient at a time rather than managing multiple patients simultaneously. This gives you the opportunity to slow down, listen to your patients, provide thorough care, educate them about their oral health, and build relationships that last.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive starting pay of $50-$57 per hour, based on experience
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
• Monthly bonus opportunity in addition to your hourly compensation

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and periodontal care with a focus on patient comfort, education, and clinical quality
• Take the time to understand each patient’s needs and concerns
• Help patients understand their oral health and feel confident in their treatment
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to provide coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
• Contribute to a respectful, positive, and patient-focused practice environment
• Utilize Dentrix, Overjet AI for accurate, cloud-based charting and clinical records
• Perform thorough preventive and periodontal therapies, including scaling and root planing (SRP) and prophylaxis
• Help create a welcoming, professional, and patient-focused environment

Requirements

• Current New Jersey Dental Hygienist license
• Strong clinical and patient-education skills
• A gentle, compassionate, patient-first approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
