$26 - $30 per hour, based on experience
Overview
Join a highly regarded, well-established orthodontic practice with an outstanding reputation and a loyal, growing patient base. This is a full-time position in a beautiful, state-of-the-art office where teamwork, positivity, and patient care are at the heart of everything we do.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Two Saturdays per month, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- On weeks that include a Saturday, you will receive a weekday off — you will never work more than five days per week
Responsibilities
- Assist with banding and bracketing procedures
- Change archwires and place separators
- Take orthodontic records (photos, X-rays, impressions)
- Educate patients on treatment plans and oral hygiene
- Perform sterilization and infection control duties
- Support the clinical team in delivering an exceptional patient experience
Requirements
- 1+ year of orthodontic or dental assisting experience
- RDA license (where applicable)
- X-ray certification required
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills
