This is not a high-volume, double-booked hygiene model. Our hygienists work from a single-column schedule with one-hour standard hygiene appointments, giving you the time to listen, educate, provide thorough care, and build meaningful relationships without rushing from chair to chair.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and periodontal care with a focus on patient comfort, education, and clinical quality
• Perform comprehensive prophylaxis and scaling and root planing based on each patient’s clinical needs
• Take the time to understand each patient’s questions and concerns
• Educate patients about their oral health and help them feel confident in their care
• Build trusting, long-term patient relationships
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to provide coordinated care
• Use Dentrix and Overjet AI to support charting, documentation, and clinical decision-making
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
• Contribute to a respectful, positive, and patient-focused practice environment

Requirements

• Current New York dental hygiene license or pending licensure
