Responsibilities

Your Role & Impact:

Perform placement and finishing of direct restoration (composite and amalgam).
Provide full treatment planning and detailed note taking using Dentrix software.
Provide exceptional chairside support during complex restorative procedures.
Educate patients on their treatment plans and long-term oral health.
Lead the “continued care” conversation to ensure patients are scheduled for their next visit before they leave the chair.

Requirements

Oregon EFDA Certificate and Restorative Functions Certificate (RFC) required.
Oregon Local Anesthesia Functions Certificate (LAFC) required.
X-ray proficiency and current BLS/CPR certification
Minimum of 2+years of experience in a high-volume, quality -focused restorative environment.
Strong communication skills with a focus on patient comfort and education.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: Depending on experience and RFC mastery. $24.00-$35.00 + / hour.
- Requirements: RFC, LAFC, 90-day probation period and minimum 1-year contract with claw back clauses
Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, 401(K) and Paid Time Off.
