Join a friendly, growth-oriented dental practice that puts patients first! We are looking for a motivated and personable front desk professional with at least 1 year of experience to become a key part of our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills, take on meaningful responsibilities, and be rewarded for your contributions.
What You'll Do
You'll be trained and supported to excel in a variety of front office functions, including:
- Dental Insurance Coordination – Verifying benefits, explaining coverage, and handling claims
- Treatment Coordination & Fee Discussion – Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients
- Scheduling – Managing appointments for both the doctor and hygiene team
- In-House Membership Plans – Enrolling and supporting patients in the practice's membership program
- Social Media Management – Helping grow the practice's online presence
Compensation
$16 - $21 per hour, based on experience, skills, and responsibilities. As your abilities grow, so does your compensation!
Schedule
Monday through Thursday — enjoy a consistent four-day workweek!
