Role Requirements
General Competencies
Has 3+ years of experience in general dentistry.
Is proficient in root canals, extractions, dentures, partials, and surgical extractions.
Is empathetic with an excellent bedside manner and a strong sense of ethics and integrity in diagnosis.
Is a team player, coachable, motivated, and has a positive attitude.
Is trainable and open to mentoring to support and close larger cases through our sister full-arch implant business. Associates earn production incentives for same-day impressions and diagnosing high-value cases.
Is committed to personal, professional, and financial (PPF) growth, setting 1-, 3-, and 5-year goals alongside our dedicated team.
Spanish bilingual is a plus but not required. All our team is bilingual.
Preferred Qualifications & Sedation Requirements
Current Arizona permit and clinical experience providing IV moderate sedation
Experience with surgical dentistry, extractions and implant-related procedures
Experience treating higher-anxiety and complex restorative patients
Active Arizona dental license in good standing
Experience providing nitrous oxide/minimal sedation
Experience providing oral conscious sedation
Appropriate current Arizona permits/credentials for all sedation services personally provided
Strong patient assessment, case selection, documentation, monitoring and emergency-management skills
Our practice also works with an anesthesia provider who provides deep sedation/general anesthesia for appropriate cases. The associate dentist is not required to personally provide general anesthesia. Schedule
Friday availability is required. We are looking for a doctor who can commit to a minimum of one day per week, with the opportunity and preference to expand into additional days for the right candidate.
