Responsibilities Include:
• Chairside clinical assisting
• Managing inventory, supplies, and ordering
• OSHA compliance and infection control oversight
• Equipment maintenance coordination
• Treatment room organization and clinical systems management
• Ensuring office protocols and procedures are followed
• Training, supporting, and helping lead the clinical team
• Maintaining efficiency, cleanliness, and operational excellence
• Assisting with scheduling coordination and day-to-day clinical flow
We are looking for someone who doesn’t just fill a position, we want a true leader who values organization, accountability, teamwork, and exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
• Previous dental assisting experience required
• Lead dental assistant experience preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA, sterilization, and dental compliance standards
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
