Our office is a 3rd generation private practice for 64 years and we are the opposite of a DSO. We have a warm and welcoming work family where both patients and team members thrive and value kindness. You WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED when you come meet us (and our office dogs) and see our office. We are located in a peaceful and beautiful forest park with plenty of parking with squirrels, bunnies and deer.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed RDH in Washington State
- 1-2 years experience preferred
- Friendly, personable, and compassionate with patients
- Strong communication skills & team-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented, motivated, and proactive
- Experience with Dentrix is a bonus (not required)
- Laser certification is a bonus also but not required

Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical care with generous 60 minutes to ensure thorough, patient-centered treatment.
- Perform standard hygiene therapies including digital x-rays and scanning, standard dental hygiene procedures, periodontal charting, excellent note taking.
- Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease prevention, and personalized home care strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the dentist and team to maintain a smooth, supportive clinical workflow.
