About the Role
We are a growth-oriented pediatric dental practice looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated dental assistant to join our team. If you thrive in a patient-centered environment and love working with kids, this is the opportunity for you!
What You'll Do
- Assist the dentist chairside during pediatric dental procedures
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Perform coronal polishing as certified
- Monitor patients during sedation procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment
- Support front desk operations as needed
- Communicate effectively with young patients and their families
Schedule
- Monday through Thursday (4-day work week!)
Compensation
- $15 - $22 per hour, based on experience and certifications
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of dental assisting experience
- Coronal Polish Certification
- X-ray Certification
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Sedation Monitoring Certification
- RDA license (if applicable)
- Front desk experience or comfort is a plus
- Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
