Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Optimizing the daily schedule and confirming appointments to maintain efficient patient flow
- Managing electronic patient records and maintaining accurate documentation
- Handling phone calls, inquiries, and patient communications
- Processing dental insurance verifications, pre-authorizations, and billing claims
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding patient care
Requirements
- 1+ year of dental or medical front office experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Familiarity with TDO practice management software is a plus
- A positive, team-first attitude with a genuine passion for patient care
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $16 - $26 per hour, based on experience
- Pay is negotiable after a probationary period
