Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $25 - $30 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Assist with banding and bracketing procedures
• Take and process orthodontic records
• Change archwires and assist with adjustments
• Educate patients on treatment progress and oral hygiene
• Perform sterilization and infection control duties
• Maintain a smooth, efficient patient flow in a busy clinical setting
• Utilize Evolution for patient charting and treatment tracking
• Perform digital impressions using the iTero scanner
• Manage clinical flow in a 40-50 environment

Requirements

• 1+ year of orthodontic or dental assisting experience
• Outgoing, social personality — you love connecting with patients of all ages
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and upbeat in a high-energy environment
• Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude

Certifications Required or Preferred

• X-ray Certification (required)
• RDA license (if applicable by state)
• Orthodontic Assistant Certification (preferred)
