What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm and professional experience
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient follow-ups
- Handle patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Verify insurance benefits and process billing and claims
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage front desk communications
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of dental front office or dental receptionist experience
- Strong knowledge of dental scheduling software and insurance verification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team-first attitude with a desire to grow professionally
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment -Dentrix Software
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $23 - $25 per hour, based on experience
