Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the patient recall system
- Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately
- Collect and post patient payments; manage billing inquiries
- Coordinate with clinical team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Contribute to a positive, productive office environment every day
Requirements
- 1+ year of dental front office experience required
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Schedule
Monday through Friday — enjoy a consistent, full-time weekday schedule with no weekends!
