What You'll Do
- Support daily dental office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience
- Assist in educating and encouraging patients on treatment options that improve their oral hygiene
- Collaborate with the dental team to meet and exceed monthly production goals
- Contribute to a patient-centered, upbeat workplace culture
- Maintain a welcoming and organized environment for patients and staff alike
Schedule
- Monday through Thursday, plus Saturday
- Consistent, predictable hours to support work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience
- Performance bonuses for encouraging patient treatment that improves oral hygiene outcomes
- Monthly production bonuses tied to team success
