What You'll Do
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk efficiently
- Verify insurance benefits and process patient billing
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of dental front office or dental receptionist experience
- Strong knowledge of dental scheduling software and insurance verification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for patient care
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- A team player who supports practice growth and shared goals
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $16 - $22 per hour, based on experience
- Work in a supportive, growth-oriented practice
