Martin Dental Northwest Hillis looking for a motivated, detail-oriented front desk/administrator to join our team. You'll be the friendly face keeping things running smoothly while making every patient feel welcome.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills — you genuinely enjoy working with people
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Reliable follow-through: you do what you say you're going to do
• Dental office experience preferred, but not required. We are happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Managing the patient experience, check-in/check-out, and daily patient flow
• Auditing patient charts to manage accurate and appropriate office accounts receivable (AR)
• Verifying dental insurance benefits (PPO/HMO) and coordinating treatment plans
• Optimizing the daily schedule and managing appointment confirmations
• Handling multi-line phone calls, patient inquiries, and recall systems

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary of $40,000-$50,000 depending on qualifications and experience
