Hi! We're Dr. Shana Vohra and Dr. Sahil Arora—owners of a growing, family-friendly practice in Gilbert, AZ. Since taking over in 2020, we’ve built a close-knit, upbeat team and a culture our patients genuinely love. (Even our office dog, Booker, thinks it’s the best place ever!)

We’re now looking for a Treatment Coordinator (4 days per week) who is bubbly, warm, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. Someone who can confidently guide patients through treatment options, present financials, and help them feel at ease from the moment they walk in.

Requirements

• Naturally bubbly, energetic, and positive
• Can make people feel warm and welcome right away
• A great communicator who can talk to anyone
• Has a strong sales mindset and feels confident discussing treatment plans
• Takes initiative, stays organized, and follows through
• A true team player who uplifts others
• Experience in general dentistry and/or orthodontics

Responsibilities

• Present dental and orthodontic treatment plans confidently and clearly
• Review financial options, payment plans, and insurance benefits
• Take dental and orthodontic records
• Build trust and rapport with patients and help them move forward with care
• Coordinate scheduling for dental and ortho treatment
• Complete treatment follow-up calls to patients to answer questions and help them schedule
• Assist with front office responsibilities as needed (phone support, check-ins, scheduling, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team members
• Help maintain the friendly, welcoming environment our office is known for

Compensation & Benefits

• 4 days per week (occasional Fridays if needed)
• $20–$28 per hour, based on experience and performance within a bonus system
